FABULOUS central stay

amazing staff fresh coffee central location

I found the staff AMAZING. They answered all questions very FAST. The breakfast included many options. I especially liked the fresh coffee and eggs. The chef made the best scrambled eggs EVER. The location made accessing attractions easy, very convenient.

The lift IS a little small. It only accommodates a few people. The lift operates slowly.

The location offers Really good proximity to numerous restaurants. The Colosseum is about a 15-minute walk. The Trevi Fountain and Pantheon are nearby. I walked everywhere.

fantastic stay!

central location amazing staff delicious breakfast fresh juice

The hotel was very nicely taken care of. i loved that the location is central. It made exploring so easy. the staff were amazing, kind, and helpful. They really were pretty good. breakfast was delicious, with a great assortment of foods. i especially appreciated the fresh-squeezed orange juice.

the walls seemed a little thin, so i could occasionally hear noise from other rooms.

the location is very central. it is close to many attractions. i could easily walk to several major landmarks and tourist spots. getting around was convenient because of this prime location.

my double room was beautiful. it was also very comfortable and clean. i appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design, it was well-kept, and i found the space relaxing and inviting. we loved the room.

high noise level overcharging driver

The staff was cute and accommodating. Breakfast was included.. a nice perk.

The noise level was less than stellar. I could hear conversations and movement from rooms away. Soft furnishings might help. The airport transfer arranged through the hotel was a mess. The driver overcharged me, claiming I requested to pay by card when I didn't. It left a bad taste at the end of the trip.
